A luxury low-rise residence in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur’s most established and prestigious enclave.





Sixty apartments. Ten penthouses.

Elevated above the city, immersed in greenery and skyline.






Designed by Hamiltons International, the architecture is defined by contrast. Rough stone and structured timber are set against polished surfaces and precise geometry. Materiality is both tactile and exacting.

The brand expression draws from this dialogue between organic texture and crafted form. Earth-toned palettes, structured compositions, and refined typography reflect the building’s balance of warmth and precision.

I translated the established direction into a fully articulated brand system, guiding its expression across print and digital environments. Architectural rhythm informed the layout. Material contrast shaped hierarchy. Every element was considered, measured, and resolved.






Imagery emphasises depth, texture, and light. Spacing mirrors the generosity of the residences. The tone remains composed and confident, guiding rather than persuading.

A residence defined by balance, precision, and quiet authority.
